We are absolutely positive that you will be happy with your purchase. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds, because of personlization; however, our goal is to have you completely happy with your purchase. If an error has occurred on our end, of course, we'll fix it!!
Orders will be shipped 7-10 business days after ordering. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. After personalization, your order will arrive in 2-3 days, depending on location.
